+ Hummingbird House, Sunset, Sunrise Loft, Saline Reef and Cadasse – children under 12 accepted if parents or guardians sign a waiver.
La Bagatelle – parties with children of under 10 years will be required to pay additional damages deposit (US$300.00).
^ Serendipity - 2 extra beds available @ US$30 each per night nett to TVL
^Cadasse and Cadasse/Orchid - can sleep 1 additional person in small room @ US$30.00 per night net to TVL.
^ Villa Giorgia – optional 5th bdrm available at US$40.00 net per night per person (maximum 2 persons)
~ St. Remy - 7 night minimum year round.
*** Capri – Xmas rate US$1850.00 per night. ( minimum 14 nights booking). Jazz and other special events US$1650.00 per night ( minimum 7 nights booking). Low season – minimum booking 4 nights.
Christmas / New Year - All villa rates are subject to 10% Christmas supplement (Heaven-US$500.00 per night + 10% supplement (18/12/04 to 9/1/05) and mimimum 14 night booking. JAZZ & SPECIAL EVENTS _ US$350.00.
Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events - NO TIERED RATES AVAILABLE.
For bookings of 21 nights or longer - 10% reduction on all villa rates
All properties are situated at Cap Estate, unless otherwise indicated.
Check in time - not before 2pm.
Departure time - by noon ( unless prior arrangements have been made with TVL)
Heaven, Sunset, Sunrise Loft, Acacia, villa Giorgia, La Bagatelle, Le Gallerie, Bananaquit House and Zandoli & Ti Zan - access road is rough and rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.
25% non refundable deposit required to guarantee a booking. The balance ( non refundable)is to be paid 45 days before the client's arrival. All payments should be made by certified cheque, direct Bank transfer, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover card, travellers cheques or cash. Personal cheques not accepted.
*Damages Deposit* – Effective immediately and applicable to all bookings commencing from Dec. 15th 2005, any minor breakages/damages/missing items up to and not exceeding US$200.00 will be covered by rental monies paid. Any damages/breakages/missing itmes in excess of US$200.00 will be covered by either TVL’s damages deposit form / agent’s existing damages deposit policy.
Cancellation Policy –
25% non refundable deposit/ 50% deposit for Xmas/Jazz/Special Events non refundable.
75%/50% refundable if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before the commencement of the rental. After that time no refunds will be made.
Subject to availability - roll away bed - US$30 daily net to TVL
Crib - US$10.00 daily nett to TVL / high chair - US$5.00 daily nett to TVL
Rentals - Jazz Festival - 5 nights minimum let + 10% supplement (Heaven is 20%)Maria Cove – 14 night minimum.
